The building is shared by several businesses including the Clydesdale Bank and the oil and gas exploration company, Cairn Energy. As a consequence of work done on the opposite side of the street, the Usher Hall clock, donated to the city in the 1960s by the Perth whisky firm Bell's, has been moved to its new position on Festival Square.
