Anchor Mill

Refurbished mill on Featherstall Road North. The tall window originally lit the engine house, which was internal rather than added on to the building. It housed a beam engine. The small building to the left is the boiler house. The white brick anchor motif in the chimney is unusual - normal practice was simply to show the name. The mill is Listed Grade II.
