The footpath from Trimley village passes beneath the railway towards the western edge of Felixstowe, sharing its route with this track. The railway is on a high embankment at this point and shown is the back end of a stationary container train heading away from the container terminal, with the locomotive waiting at a signal near to Trimley station for a clear route towards Westerfield and Ipswich.
