Just north of the Isle of Bute Sailing Club (the HQ of which Image] can be seen near the centre of the picture, beyond the superstructure - see Image]), the pool must have been very popular in its day - there are the remains of broad steps down to the water Image], and a row of changing rooms Image], all now sadly in a derelict and dangerous condition. The town of Rothesay is in the background.
