The track is the one that is shown on the far side of the gate in Image The present photograph was taken from only a few metres further along the path. From that point, the track runs parallel to the motorway, and can be followed either to the north-east or to the south-west (for the latter, see Image). Following it to the north-east leads along the straight section pictured here; after about 230 metres, the track turns to the north-west to follow the line of a dismantled railway; for a view along the railway path from that turning, see Image
