Wimborne Road reopens gradually as the rear end of the carnival procession passes along, in a rolling operation. Here, we see a man prepare to remove the 'ROAD CLOSED' sign from the Latimer/Kemp Roads junction; he will do so once he sees (behind us) that a closure sign has been put out at the next junction, reconfirmed by radio.
