Low Goosepool : Railway Bridge

Taken from outside Goosepool Cottage. This was the main road until the late 1960's and passes under the Darlington to Stockton Railway. The bridge was controlled by traffic lights, and was prone to flooding, the road passed the main entrance to the former R.A.F Middleton-St-George.
