View northward, towards Bacup; ex-Lancashire & Yorkshire Rochdale - Bacup line. The station was closed to passengers when the branch services were withdrawn on 16/6/47, to goods on 1/9/52; the line closed completely in 6/54. (The remaining track is a mystery - see also Britannia).
