A set of empty coal wagons arrives from Barry to Cardiff docks ,for Ryans , to run round at Pengam sidings behind the photographer. The train will then head down to the docks on the left for loading. The main lines are seen on the right from Cardiff to Newport which are 4 tracks and form the Swansea to London route. The Unipart sign stands out on the warehouse behind with the TGI Friday restaurant in front. The track layout is much the same but you don't see these class 37 locos or the old coal wagons around in South Wales now.
