An archaic street light and overgrown street name fixed to a tree beside Coopers Lane Road indicate the entrance to Hook Lane which is now a footpath to Northaw. The road, which has housing, used to open onto Coopers End Lane here, but is now closed off. Residents access the road via Firs Wood Close.
