Looking down King Edward Street with the City Hall on the left. This building's function is set to change with the opening of the new Concert Hall Image but plans are not yet finalised. The council workmen are watering the floral displays - a regular sight every summer evening. Perth is a frequent winner of Britain in Bloom.
