This is a small school (15 pupils in 2007) which shares staff with other local schools at Minard and Inveraray, see Argyll and Bute website for the school https://www.argyll-bute.gov.uk/content/furnace-primary-school-79 . An inspection in 2007 was complimentary. It is at the start of the Leacainn Walk
