This area of the estate has all its streets named after British rivers. There are 17 in total (Waveney, Derwent, Colne, Tamar, Mersey, Hamble, Medina, Avon, Tweed, Kennet, Thames, Rother, Wye, Stour, Tyne Dove, Severn & Darenth).
