Carp pond near Berryfield Farm

This pond is just on the edge of the footpath from Berryfields Lane to Ilmington. There were at least a dozen carp about 250mm in length cruising around breaking the surface. It was very hot, about 27 Celsius; presumably they were trying to get some extra oxygen near the surface.
