This area is an attraction for visitors who enter the car park beyond. It is located in a picturesque valley, with Dodham Brook flowing gently through towards the River Yeo. Its uses vary from summer fairs, meeting places for numerous groups of people as well as just a place to relax. It is one of a limited number of flat grass clearings alongside Nine Springs.
