This pedestrianised road is marked by sinuous paving which seems to simulate the route of a drunken sailor. On the left you see the infamous Louis Tussauds waxworks, which seems to be stuck in the 60s, and 70s, and even if you remember that period vividly then it has been suggested that much of the fun is trying to work out who the sculptures are supposed to be. At least it breaks up the run of fast food, cheap tat, and souvenir, shops.
