Another view of the station seen in Image The station opened on the 18th July 1853 although the buildings and stationmaster's house are now in private ownership (including self-catering accommodation http://www.bellarenarailwaystation.com/ ). This track and halt, on the Belfast - Derry/Londonderry line, are still in daily use.
