The road is to the left of the photo and the footpath/cycleway is following the course of the dismantled Rugby-Leamington Railway.The road is now over a year late in opening and many millions of pounds over budget.Reasons being technical difficulties in Parkfield Road near the quarry and West Coast mainline. Meanwhile driving across Rugby at certain times can be a nightmare!
