This is a view of Image taken from the opposite direction. The cycle track follows the line of the northern extension to the dismantled Cleator & Workington Junction Railway. This ran from Calva Junction (Workington) via Seaton and Great Broughton to Linefoot Junction, where it connected with a branch of the Maryport and Carlisle Railway http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cleator_and_Workington_Junction_Railway .
