The west front was given a Gothic overcoat c1792 (see pointed windows) before the whole house was dressed in Tudor (see gables) in 1845, possibly by William Todd. Hidden behind are some C15th and C16th features. The house is now a museum. Grade II* listed. In front is the River Welland.
