An Arts and Crafts-style building built in 1907 with a large pitched roof (and mansard roof behind) and white-painted windows. The green space in front is the Glebe, the site of the old rectory until it was demolished in the 1970s. Both are within the Streatham High Road and Streatham Hill Conservation Area.
