Road signs on the trunk roads are gradually being replaced by bilingual signs, much to the consternation of the writers of letters to the local paper. This sign is on the corner of Cossack Street and Manse Brae. The gas tanker in the distance is about to make a delivery to the house it is approaching. The election posters will expire about ten hours after this photograph is taken.
