This photograph shows a view of the stile and footpath sign associated with the public footpath that runs between this point on Elwick Road and the stile near the chevrons further down the road. Essentially, the path 'cuts off' the corner in the road. The picture was taken looking in a south-westerly direction towards Elwick.
