The main route north out of Plymouth to Dartmoor. The route now takes one to the vast northerly sprawl of the city that fast encroaches upon the border of the National Park, to industrial and housing estates and to Derriford Hospital. The logic of locating the cities major hospital on its northern outskirts somehow escapes me.
