The public footpath runs across this large wheat field at The Royals, Newhall. Waymarked gate just visible in the far corner with a waymarked stile beyond. The photo provides evidence that the path has not been reinstated across the crop - a criminal offence under the CROW Act 1990 (§137A). County council policy is to issue warnings for two years and prosecute in the third. "Three strikes and out". (Ref: CCC Public Paths: an A to Z of Problems and Protocols).
