View SE, towards Abercynon; ex-Taff Vale Rly. Abercynon - Aberdare (Low Level) branch, closed to passengers 15/6/64, to goods 3/8/64. Line reopened 3/10/83, with service Cardiff - Aberdare. New station built here on site of Abercwmboi Halt (closed 11/4/56).
