Larbert viaduct, opened 1848 by the Scottish Central Rly. A 23-span viaduct with dressed-stone arch rings and coursed-rubble spandrels and piers. The arches are strengthened by old rails. This viaduct carries the Glasgow-Perth (main) line of the (former) Caledonian Rly. over the valley of the River Carron between Carmuirs Junction and Larbert at a point where the river forms the boundary between the parishes of Falkirk and Larbert.
