According to the 1930 Ordnance Survey map this is the site of the Littlestone Lifeboat Station. A ramp can be seen nearest the camera and the two figures are walking on the site. The small building beyond the large house on the left is called The Watch House and the building beyond that was the site where there was once a row of coastguard cottages.
