The crossing is placed near Ransom Walk so that football fans coming by bus can use the subway Image to access the Valley stadium. This photo also shows a large political poster for the forthcoming 2010 general election. It purports to show a quotation from the Labour prime minister Gordon Brown but is actually promoting the Conservative party.
