The remains of Branston Waterwheel, an overshot wheel driving a pump that supplied Longhills Hall, Branston Hall and other large residences with water from the beck. The original wheel was wooden but a new metal wheel was installed in the early 20th century. It worked until the 1960s when mains water was installed.
