The new block on Battersea Reach, seen from Pier Terrace, with steps leading up onto Bridgend Road to cross Wandsworth Bridge. High time a footway through along the riverside under the road was created. The building, incidentally, has just 41 apartments on 17 floors, and "creates a new benchmark in sophisticated city centre living" http://www.batterseareach.com/index.cfm?articleid=64 .
