Parc Tredelerch (Welsh for Rumney) is a park in Rumney with an emphasis on conservation and wildlife. The park, on a site previously licensed for tipping, was officially opened in March 2003. The 4 hectare lake in the middle of the park is surrounded by 2 kilometres of footpath. There is also a boardwalk http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1807433 across the lake. The lake is stocked with fish and the park has attracted a wide range of wildlife.
