Houses built by Kenilworth UDC, Arthur Street

This line of houses (odd numbers 49 - 63, plus others on the opposite side of the street) were built by Kenilworth Urban District Council on land purchased by them in 1933. They are very similar in design to those adjacent built for private rent and sale by James Barber, but have hipped roofs instead of gable ends.
