A-Listed Building renovated in 2001. From 1725 to 1731 James Macrae was Governor of Madras where he made his fortune. He purchased Orangefield Estate, and the mansion became the airport terminal in WW2, demolished after the present terminal opened. See also http://www.clan-macrae.org.uk/scotland/articles.cfm?ID=90
