Commemoration stone by the entrance to Oakley Court, formerly Turners Court. The inscription isn't as clear as it might be, but reads "This site formerly known as Turners Court was a vocational training centre for disadvantaged young men and boys founded by the Christian Service Union 1911 - 1991"
