Two site visitors have written to me to say that this building is actually the old stores and bakery. One says "yes, this was indeed a local shop when I was growing up in nearby Bramshill. It was owned by the Bullocks, who also owned The Bull. They also ran a bread delivery, and Peggy Collis was the driver for many years". Thanks for the local knowledge.
