Andover - The Golden Dragon

Andover's first wine bar "Oscars" used to be here and after several changes of owner and name it then became the Golden Dragon. Shops and services appear and rapidly disappear these days and this changes the face of any town, this image is part of my attempt to record the changing face of Andover as record for the future.
