Part of the former Northern Ireland Housing Trust estate built on the site of the WWII Sunnylands Army camp. Originally the site of the home of the Johns family one of whom, Alexander, was a director of the Belfast Bank and a member of the 19th century Carrickfergus Municipal Commissioners (successors to the abolished Corporation).
