View westwards, towards Pengam, Merthyr and Brecon; ex-Brecon & Merthyr Railway Newport - Pengam - Merthyr - Brecon line. The station was closed to passengers on 31/12/62, to goods on 6/4/65. Note the 'somersault' signal.
