I have discussed the provenance of this image with an elderly relative of both mine and the people to be seen in it. The child in the pram is my maternal grandmother born in 1900 in this house. That fact together with the style of dress dates this photo to about 1902. The gentleman is almost certainly my great-grandfather who farmed what was then Radstone Hall Farm but is now called Hall Farm. I haven't visited the area in many years but am pleased to see from Google Streetview that the house is still there looking much like it did over 100 years earlier. The photographer was probably a great-uncle of mine on my mother's side.
