The farmhouse is rather obscured by trees beside the River Troney. It "is a remarkably well-preserved small farmhouse, rich in original detail and unusual for Devon being a single period build" http://www.heritagegateway.org.uk/Gateway/Results_Single.aspx?uid=96568&resourceID=5 .
