This notice by Hampshire County Council, which I couldn't read due to its shape, informs the public of an intention to extend the 30 MPH limit along Hambledon Road north of the Dukes Meadow housing development (reference C610/CM). It is signed by Stuart Jarvis "Director of Environment". Perhaps he could tell the environment to stop its global warming.
