Sharing a site on Tavistock Road with the Tamar Foods factory, the Ginsters Original Cornish Pasty is the nation's biggest selling product in the Chilled Savouries market. The brand has been owned by Pork Pie makers, Samworth Brothers, since 1977. The photographer enjoys the product now and again.
