The hamlet of Illington consists of Illington Hall Farm and the adjoining former Hall, plus a handful of houses. The village church > http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1758770 - dedicated to St Andrew - has been redundant for nearly 30 years. The lane leading past the properties peters out into a farm track which forms a section of the Peddars Way long distance footpath.
