The church, on Beachfield Avenue, is viewed looking down Cheltenham Place from the car park on St Michael's Road. What appears to be an inset or some goalposts is a barrier to prevent large vehicles from accessing parking at the top of Cheltenham Place. The church, which has a matching hall beside it, dates from 1895, and is "Gothic style, loosely Early English", according to http://www.imagesofengland.org.uk/Details/Default.aspx?id=71116&mode=adv .
