The field to the right behind the overgrown hedge is part of the Loder Valley Reserve attached to Wakehurst Place. There is a fancy gate off the lane to that field, with signs saying entry is by permit. This field has an ordinary gate, but after squeezing past this, it was seen that the hedge on the right had many gaps, so this field may be part of the reserve also.
