The first biodynamic garden opened to the public in the UK in 2007 was designed by Andy Jones. The pebbles describe the vortex when preparing food by stirring. The coloured glass discs represent the orbiting celestial bodies (yellow = Mercury). http://www.gardenorganic.org.uk/gardens/biodynamic.php
