Potters Bar Town FC play at the South Mimms Travel Stadium, located on Watkins Rise. They are known as 'The Scholars', having been formed in 1960 as Mount Grace Old Scholars - the 2010 season is their 50th anniversary. The ground is located between Watkins Rise and the High Street. Here we see the referee and his assistants leading out the players for a local derby against Wingate & Finchley FC (in the yellow strip). The houses in the background are on The Walk and the large building behind is St. Mary and All Saints Church - see Image by John Salmon.
