Built for the Robert Sinclair Tobacco Company on this corner site on Blenheim Street (Sinclair Building, 1913) and Westgate Road (Blenheim House, 1919) by Cackett & Burns Dick, as tobacco factory, warehouse and offices. The firm was acquired by the Imperial Tobacco Company in 1930. The gap site on the left was once occupied by the Carlisle pub.
