This shows part of the shop and Mr. Alan Andrews who is a grandson of the founder Charles William Street. The business started in 1915 as a garage repair business with petrol pumps and a cycle shop and a pram and toy shop. They also delivered coal locally and ran a private ambulance. The ground floor shop is to be retained and refurbished. The warehouse, garage and extension behind it are to be demolished and a terrace of four cottages built fronting onto Woodstock Lane.
